Cruise Montego Bay

Montego Bay has been welcoming visitors over fifty (50) years to share in her joie de vivre. Millions of cruisesship passengers have had brief acquaintance with this the second city in Jamaica. The port of Montego Bay was built in the 1960s on which was called the Bogue Islands, the area is now called Montego Freeport. The Montego Freeport terminal consists of five primary berths two of which are dedicated exclusively for cruise shipping. There is a telecommunications centre for cruise passengers (and crew), snack and refreshment stand. Transportation is available from the terminal building, supervised by the Jamaica Tourist Board, which also maintains a visitor information booth.

Visits historical great houses, or working plantations that were formerly grand estates. How about an exhilarating round of golf on one our championship courses nearby a game of tennis, or just laze around on the beach. Others may wish to experience an guided river ride on a bamboo raft, or an exciting sailing cruise or take a snorkeling or scuba expedition in the Montego Bay Marine Park which covered 15 square Km with beautiful fish, corals and other aquatic life.
